Operation New life has been set up to provide support for fistula women in the West African country of Niger. We are undertaking a major project to build a hospital to operate on and provide health care for the these women, many of whom are just young girls. Permissions, plans and professionals required for such an undertaking have been secured.

To get the hospital built we need your help to raise the funds.

Despite the arctic weather conditions Operation New Life went ahead with their charity swim. All the brave swimmers turned out on the day. Some of the girls from Holy Child School in Killiney have chosen Operation New Life as their charity project this year and eight of them turned out to swim on the day sporting the charity tee shirts.

Ladies Lunch - Hosted by Catherine O Riordan
In October I was invited to a wonderful lunch. This lunch was hosted by Catherine O Riordan with the help of her family and friends. I thought I was having soup and sandwich, instead I felt like I was having dinner at the 4 Seasons hotel. the food was absolutely fantastic. A huge amount of work had been put into this lunch and I thank Catherine most sincerely and all who contributed. Funds raised at the lunch were donated to Operation New Life. Thank You
